Personally, for us, using renewable energy sources is one of the most effective ways to reduce fossil fuel usage in the construction of our new homes.

How do we do this? By installing energy-efficient appliances such as air and ground source heat pumps. Not only this, but we install ev car charging points for the properties and in addition to this we also incorporate energy saving light bulbs.

Further to ensure reduced heat loss from our properties we install high specification insulation and high levels of air tightness.

These measures decrease the amount of fuel required to heat the property, aka the energy consumption, resulting in a reduction in fossil fuel usage.

All of this accompanied with great architectural design is what separates Crosbie Homes from our competitors.
